Essay by Tapas Sarkar;
Root is identity. We are where we belong to. Any diversion is temporary; to gather knowledge and degree, or to explore the world desiring for change is temporarily significant to strengthen the origin existence. Besides, permanence is not stable rather continuously rejuvenating the memory and the truest sense of the origin existence and living in a space with common human harmony. To be in that space is necessary whether that is after a long time at a successful life or a great awakening just before death. Otherwise, forgetting that space and the origin existence is undoubtedly false living, a life without societal values, social relations, human cohesiveness, which is merely a self-centred mania.
No doubt, individual choice of identity, value, thought, philosophy, religion, or any kind of belief whether that is political or apolitical is a freely existing variable; it should be this way, which means any individual's freedom should be free from any kind of barrier from the society and at the same time there should not be any violence against the society from that same free man. Now, the question is how can an individual be free in that society where different ideologies exist already in the core? Is not 'a self-centred mania' an anti-social? Anyway, it has different perspectives based on contexts. Infact, all individuals, all ideologies, all colours, and all beliefs can co-exist only if there is a culture of infinite sense of perception, patience, perseverance, and acceptance, which create a culture of the origin existence. Here, the culture of origin existence is not time bound rather with root values it changes with all variable conditions i.e. and time to time purifies human beings with the changing definitions of 'society', 'free man", 'humanity', 'love', and 'life'. In this context, an individual's 'self-centred mania' is important to justify with one's own experience in a self-sacrificial state. Because, nobody, nomind, in the world develops or thinks in the same way. Similar conclusion on anything cannot be drawn; if it is done, then it is nothing but the distortion of the fundamental truth. We have to live in the society if we have fallen in love (choose to live) with social life and by living we have to participate in the culture of origin existence. Yet, we have to be exceptional living in the same culture of origin existence and add some values with less bloodshed, less violence, less destructive habits, and less addiction to Epicureanism. Rather, we can be more beautiful, more peaceful, more constructive, and more alive by simply living (if at least capable of managing sufficient food).
However, I see my life this way. I cannot separate myself from my cultural identity and at the same time from the culture of origin existence i.e.. Personally, I am a 'lacto-vegetarian'. To me I have an infinite definition of culture, society, religion, logic, and politics which I think never instigate distortion or destructiveness (not wrongly affected by 'a self-centred mania') and in this case, if I am one among the reactionaries, I never mind. It is my choice. By this choice I am free. Neither can I force anymind to choose my path, nor do I feel proud if I inspire someone to take my journey; everyone is free; we cannot walk on the same path ever). But, if there is a discourse on the subject, I will participate in, I will express my life (as cannot others). I am a free man learning to co-exist with all ways of existence. And in this journey I am always evolving with the conscious sense of the culture of origin existence. Let life be expressed, not let it be lurked in the dark shadows of shallow conscience. Thank you.
